Microsoft’s 30GB Zune plagued by freeze

- I had the same problem early this morning. Zune was charging then heard the usb conncetion drop. When I looked at the device it was at the boot up screen. just recently upgraded firmware as well. left it running hoping that draining the battery would help seems it won't. oh well..
